Asociación Cultural Karma Kagyu de Benalmádena - ACKKB

The Enlightenment Stupa of Benalmádena is property of the Asociacón Cultural Karma Kagyu de Benalmádena.

The cultural association Asociación Cultural Karma Kagyu de Benalmádena was founded in the year 2000 in Málaga and registered by Junta de Andalucía in Delegación Provincial de Justicia y Administración Pública de Málaga on March 27th 2001.

It was founded with the purpose of building a Buddhist monument - Stupa - in Benalmádena Pueblo, and later on of carrying the responsibility for its maintenance and the spiritual, cultural and educational development around it.

Its Spiritual Guide is H.H. the 17th Gyalwa Karmapa Trinley Thaye Dorje.
